What is your return policy?
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and returned in their original, intact packaging (including accessories). We can only accept returns for orders purchased directly from Athletic Fusion.

We cover the cost of shipping for eligible returned products.
Please note that expedited shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable in the event of returns or exchanges.

What is the returns process?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for products in new condition and in their original, intact packaging.
After completing an eligible return request, you will receive a return shipping label if free return shipping is available in your region.
If you have an Athletic Fusion account, you can request an eligible return directly from your order history

How do I get a shipping label?
Return shipping labels are provided for eligible returns after successfully submitting a return request.
To submit a return request, enter your order number and the email address used for the order here.
If you have misplaced the label after submitting a return request, you can access your return shipping label directly from your return request.
Simply re-enter the order number and email address here to retrieve your unique return shipping label.

How do I exchange an order?
Please note that not all items are exchangeable
Exchanges are allowed for a different size or color of the same model originally purchased. The new size and color must be in stock to proceed with the exchange.
Once the exchange request is completed, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive and check in the original product at the warehouse, your new exchange item will be processed for shipment. You will receive an email with tracking information when the exchange order ships.

Refund for an exchange?
We accept returns for exchanged items within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are in new condition and their original, intact packaging.
Refunds are issued after we receive the return and our warehouse team checks it in.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

We ship to approximately 20 countries worldwide and are always looking to expand.

We cover relevant customs charges in most countries (for standard shipping option)
